1. Is your hairstylist professional?
Yes, our hairstylist are all experienced and qualified. This is essential as mobile service required speedy and professional cutting to minimize discomfort for the clients.
2. Do I need to prepare anything?
A space with a chair for you to sit on. We will bring along groundsheet to lay the floor during trimming. If you required coloring services, we will need a water outlet. All you have to do is to relax and be prepared to look good.
3. Will there be a mess?
No, our stylist will take care of everything. We will lay groundsheet on the floor before we trim to minimize mess.
4. My loved one is in the hospital. Can you cut in hospital?
Yes, we have trimmed hair for patients in hospitals and/or nursing homes. Do remember its important to seek the nurses' permission before we can access and do haircut in the hospital.
5. Do I need to be present during the haircut appointment with our loved ones?
Generally its not required unless your loved one has mobility concerns or are uncomfortable with strangers at the first appointment.
Feel free to discuss this with our customer service team as we works around the comfort of your loved ones.
6. What payment service do you accept?
We accept cash on the spot (preferably in the exact amount as our hairstylist might not have sufficient change).
Payment via PayLah, PayNow and/or bank transfer are acceptable too.
7. My loved one prefers a female hairstylist. Is it possible?
Yes, we can arrange accordingly as we understand that female customers may prefer a female hairstylist. Our mobile hairservice is suitable for muslim women to have haircut at the privacy of their own homes by female hairstylist.
8. I would like to arrange a group mobile haircut. Is it possible?
Yes, its possible. Do contact our customer service team so they can understand your needs and quote accordingly.

Yes, we are able to do mobile hair coloring services. Let us know your preferred color in advance so we can bring it along for the appointment.
